Our client is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for its operation in Seychelles Island.
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all Restaurant operations and for delivering an excellent experience.
To forecast, plan and manage all bar and restaurant orders, staffs and finance.
Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement;
To direct and guide the day to day operations of the service team in providing the highest level of hospitality to guests and ensure a high standard of service in the bar and restaurants;
To ensure that maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability are achieved;
To ensure that guests are provided with a high quality of food and beverage products and services
Assist in the promotional activities of the hotel with a view of maximising sales.
Profile
Culinary School diploma or degree in Food service management, BA or related field;
Advance Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, Supervisory and leadership skills training;
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Fluency in a second European language is an advantage;
Proven food and beverage management experience;
Computer literate;
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
Communication and leadership skills;
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
