Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a busy and fast-paced dining outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality standards.

• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff.

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.

• Handle customer feedback promptly and maintain a positive dining experience.

• Manage cash flow, daily reporting, and shift schedules.

• Support marketing or promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant, café, or quick-service management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Sound knowledge of stock control, reporting, and basic accounting procedures.

• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.

• Hands-on, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
