Main Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel/excursions and transfer bookings by email and tour operators’ online system
- Process reservations in the computer system
- Follow up of bookings with hotels
- Communicate with Hotel Representatives and other departments
- Prepare agencies monthly accounts and follow-up of payment
- Perform any other duties in relation to the job when requested by management
Key Requirements for all posts:
- HSC or equivalent, Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
- Computer literate (Word–Excel–PowerPoint–Email)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer relations skills
- Willingness to work odd hours including Sundays and Public Holidays
- Proactive, Trustworthy, outspoken and outgoing personality
- Listener, able to react in all situations, creative and sense of organization
- Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
