Relationship Officer

One of our companies is looking for a Relationship Officer who will act as the right hand of the Relationship Executive with focus on the administrative side of lease requests.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome walked-in customers promptly, provide first basic information and direct them to the appropriate department
• Plan and organise work to ensure unnecessary delays in processing.
• To assist Relationship Executives on the administrative side of lease requests for timely submission and ensure follow up of files in their absence
• Perform appropriate KYC documents verifications per type of clients
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• To maintain good relationships with Suppliers/Dealers and customers
• Proper follow-up of files after approvals (Chase surveyors, Sale representatives, verification of KYCs, etc etc) for prompt closing of deals.
• Release approvals after CC
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, archiving, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, policies, procedures (Anti Money laundering, KYC procedures, etc.) and risk management framework to minimize financial losses, avoid adverse reports from regulatory authorities and take prompt corrective actions from deviations

 Profile:

• Min. HSC holder or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service and/or in Bank
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective presentation, networking and negotiation skills
• Proactive and solution driven
• Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines
• Confident, self-driven and dynamic
