The Role:

As a Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective clients through their journey with HFM. You'll engage with our new clients, understand their goals and and present them with the most suitable solutions. 

This client-focused role offers significant earning potential through competitive base salaries and attractive commission structures, allowing you to directly benefit from your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
• Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services.
• Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems.
• Achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outline by the Head of Sales.
• Follow up on leads for prospective clients.
• Fully understand and implement all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
• To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalized upon.
• Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company's trading system.
• Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems.
• To develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
• Be proactive in self-development regarding sale techniques and industry knowledge.
