Reporting to the Head of HR, the Regional HR Executive supports the Group HR agenda across entities, driving and harmonizing HR policies, processes, and projects while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Group guidelines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary resource for employees and Head of Departments’ queries, to ensure cross-functional collaboration and align HR strategies with their regional business needs
- Lead and support the implementation of Group HR projects across regional companies
- Draft HR policies, procedures and practices, and ensure alignment with the Local Labour Laws of each region
- Implementoverall compensation and benefits policies, respond to queries, and oversee the processing of payroll in line with local regulations and tax laws
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from the onboarding, the journey, to the offboarding of employees
- Determine and address Manpower needs with HODs and perform advertising, screening, interviews and selection process
- Manage company reward and recognition processes, and support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Gather and consolidate Audit Reports, HR Metrix and KPIs, and prepare HR Budgets
- Conduct Talent Review exercise in order todevelop the yearly Learning & Development plan
- Coordinate departmental meetings and any other communication channels in order toenhance employer branding and visibility
Qualification and Profile
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years' experience in a similar position
- Good comprehension of Labour Laws
- Ability to show leadership and management skills when interacting
- Microsoft tools conversant
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Dynamic, detail-conscious, with a high level of integrity
- Good interpersonal skills will be required
