Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to recipes and operational standards
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and plating
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Support inventory control and ingredient preparation
• Store food properly and maintain an organized workstation
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams
• Contribute to efficient day-to-day kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook or in a related culinary role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Good teamwork, reliability, and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to communicate in French for role-related and recruitment purposes
