We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who will be able to attract & recruit talents in our company.
Main Duties
- Responsible for sourcing , screening and interviewing candidates for open positions within an organisation.
- Propose and implement new sourcing methods to the Human Resources Manager.
- Recommend ways to improve our brand with regards to recruitment.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Lead in job fairs and career events.
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with recruitment, professionals, colleagues and other partners.
- Conduct background checks.
- Fully involved in the recruitment of expatriate team members as well as follow-up of their well being
Qualifications & Experience
- A Diploma in management or Human Resources
- At least 2 years proven work experience in the recruitment field
Other Requisites
- High level of french written & spoken skills
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience with (Phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Highly proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools
