Receptionist / Concierge

MJ Holidays is a dynamic company managing 2 resorts (Marguery Villas & Mythic Suites & Villas 5 stars), and opening a 3rd next year. The prospects are broad for ambitious candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and prepare check-in and check-out procedure for all guests,
• Conduct hotel tours effectively and efficiently and provide explanations to guests regarding the amenities and equipment of our villas,
• Accompany guests during their stay,
• Ensure the proper transmission of all messages to guests via porters,
• Follow up on all customer requests and complaints and provide feedback,
• Compile guest preferences,
• Prepare customer invoice and receive payment for settlement of accounts before departure
• All adjustments must be explained or documented appropriately,
• Prepare daily events and transmit them to all departments,
• Keep informed and manage daily activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and regular customers,
• Check accommodation, ensuring any special requests are handled accordingly,
• Work closely with the Housekeeping and Catering departments to improve guest services and promote interdepartmental communication.

Requirements:
SC level
2 years of experience in a related position,
Mastery of French and English,
Live close to Rivière Noire less than 45 minutes.
