Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and to act as a link between them, doctors, and other staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors and attend to their queries.
- Insert new entries and update patient information on the computer system.
- Send medical, IVF/FER, NT Scan reports to patients.
- Refer enquiries to the clinical assistants.
- Retrieval of notes from archives at WE SIMPLY FILE and filing of Patient’s notes.
- Schedule appointments with the doctors and manage their appointment diary.
- Answering, screening and routing incoming calls.
- Check email, reply and distribute accordingly.
- Provides daily administrative support, including assisting the secretary, billing patients, performing clerical tasks, and preparing purchase orders.
- Booking for OT/Maternity & Radiology department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HSC.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.

- Good communication skills.
- Meticulous and organised.
