Reporting to the Workplace Lead, the incumbent shall be knowledgeable of administrative processes in facilities management and conversant with MS Word and Excel and have profound understanding on good tenure of reception service desk, complaints handling and principles of visitors management

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling or incoming and outgoing calls
  • Conduct administrative task as per established
  • Ensure visitors adherence to security policy
  • Handling of dispatch and ensure proper record
  • Ensure proper filing and tidy classification of documents.
  • Issuance of Badge to visitors and keep track of proper record
  • Monitor ticketing system ensuring follow up till closure.
  • Act as back up for Space management processing

 

Education and Profile

  • HSC or Diploma or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Good spoken and written english
  • Proven work experience
