Key Responsibilities:
1. Front-desk management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
3. Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members (with Company Doctor).
- Maintain and update calendars to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure meeting rooms are well-equipped, clean, and organized for scheduled meetings
4. Customer Service
- Provide information to visitors and callers about the organization's products and services
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries by directing them to the appropriate person.
5. Communication
- Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and visitors.
- Relay important messages to the relevant individuals in a timely manner.
6. Security
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain a visitor log.
7. Office Stationery Management
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Distribute office supplies to staff as required.
PROFILE
- Holder of Higher School Certificate with two credits.
- Certificates in Front office or secretarial studies is most welcome.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French and English both orally and in writing .
- Good grooming and outgoing personality.
- Open to Mauritian citizens only.
