Our client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist for its operation.
Responsibilities
- Make visitors and staff members feel welcome;
- To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area
- Answers all incoming telephone calls and take accurate phone messages
- Act in a professional and friendly way at all times;
- Verify if boardrooms are ready and tidy before each meeting;
- Act as main point of contact for booking of meeting rooms;
- Liaise with the tea ladies for tea/coffee for clients and trainings;
Profile
- HSC
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar position
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Well presented
