DistriPC Ltd (Elytis) – a member of Leal Group - is currently looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible to attend promptly and courteously to all incoming and outgoing calls, welcomes customers, visitors by greeting them and directs them to appropriate staff.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
- To connect customers promptly to their requested recipient and inform the recipient of the name of the person who is calling
- To communicate to employees any miscalls and messages left by customers during their absence through email and ensure to provide necessary customers details for calling back.
- To perform local & international outgoing calls upon staff and managers requests. All international calls must be input into the international call log sheet.
- Greet visitors entering establishment with a smile, determine nature and purpose of visit, as per company procedure, the receptionist need to provide a visitor’s badge to the visitor.
- Propose and serve tea/coffee to customers upon request.
- To backup the cashier whenever the cashier is on leave, out for lunch or out of office - Keep a current record of staff member’s whereabouts and availability.
- Ensure that all local & sick leaves request are dully recorded in the Leave Management system.
- Provide attendance records upon demand from managers sheet from the finger attendance system and inform the COO/Executive secretary for any irregular log in/log out activities.
- Responsible to raise maintain control on Stationaries and other Office supplies & consumables and ensure that adequate products are available for the smooth running of the office.
- Responsible to efficiently perform any other related duties as requested by the head of department wherever possible.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SC/HSC Holder
- At least one-year experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Fluent in French and English (both written & oral)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
