𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

As a Quotation Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our research projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

As part of a newly-created role, you will provide administrative support to sales staff in the sale of international studies.


● You will independently prepare the quotations entrusted to you by the sales team by studying the feasibility of the study sites and determining the relevant pricing within the given deadlines.

● You will keep a constant watch and develop your expertise to advise the team on the rates charged and help to increase the department's gross margin.

• A 3 months training will be provided to use our Quotation management tools.

Profile required:

● With a background in sales or finance, you will have initial experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting a sales team.

● Very comfortable with figures, you are able to organise yourself to work on several subjects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

● Your level of English enables you to work in an international environment and to communicate regularly with our subsidiaries and partners.

● Your interpersonal skills and availability will enable you to establish a pleasant and constructive working relationship with all your contacts and colleagues.

● You are familiar with or attracted to the research environment and the world of the web.

What we offer:

• A permanent contract, available immediately.
• Working hours: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM (on-site from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM).
• A comprehensive 3-month training program to get you fully up to speed with our tools and processes.
• A friendly, collaborative, and professional work environment.
• At the end of the day, on a daily basis, you have the opportunity to work from home (from 7pm).
• After 1 year, you will be eligible to have 1 full day (work from home) or the choice of leaving at 17.30 to continue your work from home.
