Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full tender process in line with company procedures.
- Prepare tender documentation including cost estimates, bills of quantities, specifications, and drawings for new outlets and renovation projects.
- Conduct tender analysis, support contractor selection, and ensure timely project initiation.
- Monitor project costs from feasibility to completion and ensure effective cost control.
- Prepare monthly valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
- Measure, value, and negotiate variations and progress claims.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and management.
- Review cost reports, manage risks, and ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance, Maintenance teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper project handover and maintain accurate commercial records throughout project lifecycles.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction, contracts management, costing, and pricing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
