Quantity Surveyor

The incumbent's role is to ensure that material cost management is handled efficiently and effectively on the different projects

Description

• Perform surveying, cost estimation and analysis for various stages of projects.
• Review , evaluate and identify potential cost variations.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Work closely with project and finance team to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Be able to challenge cost variation and provide recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of engineering field and construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Holder of valid driving licence
• Fluent in French and English - written and spoken
