Tamassa Bel Ombre is looking for a dynamic and passionate Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator to assist in the daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Keep abreast of the latest developments in Quality Assurance Management and disseminate these through reports and briefings.
Assist the Quality Assurance & Training Manager in conducting research and benchmarking exercises with regards to best practices in the hospitality industry and reports to Senior Management.
Set up information monitoring systems to evaluate the impact of various initiatives on quality guest satisfaction and financial results in collaboration with other HODs and submit reports to Management.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Conduct or arrange for ongoing training and personal development classes for Team Members.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Develop and organise training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
Plan, develop and provide training and development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Set up and coordinate various interdepartmental and Corporate committees and work-groups with regard to quality issues, such as HACCP, Environment, Hygiene, Safety, Energy Management, Waste Management and Quality Circles under the supervision of the Quality Assurance & Training Manager.
Conduct frequent quality spot-checks within all Departments with regards to administrative procedures, hygiene, storage and par stocks, and service quality, so as to ensure that SOPs and quality compliance are adhered to.
Qualification:
At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
Degree in Food Science or Hospitality Management or equivalent qualifications.
At least 1 year of proven working experience in Quality or Training preferably in the hospitality industry.

Willingness to work odd hours whenever required, weekends and Public Holidays.
A clean certificate of character is a must.
