RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact.
Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery.
Deal promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with all queries.
Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity.
Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement.
Records guests’ comments and complaints and channels the information to respective Head of Departments.
In case of guests’ complaints, same should be immediately reported to respective Head of Department.
To compile guests’ feedback received and sen to across departments at the end of shifts
EXPERIENCE
1 - 2 years as hostess
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
Be customer driven, extremely proactive with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
Pleasant personality, courteous demeanour & neat appearance.
Highly skilled in greeting & interacting with guests in a professional manner
