Quality Assurance Technologist / Laboratory Technician

Ensure quality of products at all stages of production, from raw materials to finished products at the Brewery, Limonaderie and Nouvelle France production units of Phoenix Beverages Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES

In view of ensuring quality of products at all stages of production, from raw materials to finished products

• Performing laboratory physico-chemical and microbiological analyses in laboratories, as well as on-floor quality control
• Providing support to Production, Process & Maintenance teams during production, line troubleshooting & implementation of corrections
• Conducting finished products sampling & testing for warehouse surveys & market surveys
• Participating in sensory analysis program
• Participating in ongoing improvement of Good Lab Practices and ISO standards procedures
• Participating in internal & external audits and corrective actions

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelor in Science field 

HSC with Science Subjects will also be considered - Training Programme shall be provided

WORKING HOURS
Able to work on a shift system (including night shifts) / odd hours
