Main responsibilities:
- Manages the daily operations and ensures the smooth functioning of the department
- Develops, implements, and maintains the hotel’s Quality Assurance system in line with internal policies and industry standards.
- Conducts regular internal audits across departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, etc.).
- Identifies quality gaps and coordinates with department heads to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drives guest satisfaction monitoring processes, analyzing feedback and trends to improve services.
- Leads quality training and awareness programs for staff.
- Plans and coordinates the Quality Calendar for collaborating with all departments and the resort
- Coordinates the Earth Check project standards implementation for certification
Qualifications and profile:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems, health & safety standards, and guest service excellence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
