Quality Assurance Manager - Paradis Beachcomber

Main responsibilities:

• Manages the daily operations and ensures the smooth functioning of the department
• Develops, implements, and maintains the hotel’s Quality Assurance system in line with internal policies and industry standards.
• Conducts regular internal audits across departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, etc.).
• Identifies quality gaps and coordinates with department heads to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drives guest satisfaction monitoring processes, analyzing feedback and trends to improve services.
• Leads quality training and awareness programs for staff.
• Plans and coordinates the Quality Calendar for collaborating with all departments and the resort
• Coordinates the Earth Check project standards implementation for certification

Qualifications and profile:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control systems, health & safety standards, and guest service excellence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
• Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
