The Quality Assistant will support in maintaining and monitoring quality standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining quality management documents, case files, and correspondence in an organized, confidential, and secure manner.
- Support audits of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Help coordinate incoming incidents and track resolution times.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for accreditation and certification processes.
- Support staff education and awareness initiatives related to quality and risk management.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including minute taking, calendar management, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Contribute to initiatives that foster a quality-focused culture within the organisation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Quality, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
- Prior experience in quality management, healthcare administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of internal and external quality assurance processes is desirable.
- Clinical background is a plus but not essential.
