QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

Quality Control Officers are responsible for ensuring that both local/imported fruits and veg which are distributed by SKC Surat & Co Ltd meet the quality standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities.

 Job Responsibilities.

• To conduct assessments on local/imported fruits and vegetables
• To prepare product quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information in a precise, concise and timely manner.
• To proactively identify product quality issues.
• To conduct product quality audits as and when required.
• To conduct product aging exercises and produce reports in a timely manner.
• To perform daily assessments on sensitive items and communicate any product quality issue to the Sales Department.
• To produce claim reports including photography in a precise and timely manner.
• To comply with all food and workplace safety rules and regulations.

 Experience & Qualifications

• At least one year work experience.
• Knowledge in fruits and vegetables would be an advantage.
• SC/HSC Holder.
• Quick learner and proactive.
• Attention to details.
• Able to work in cold conditions and on shift system.
• Well versed with MS Office & Outlook
