To ensure smooth purchasing, well-organized logistics, and proper management of food & beverage supplies, while supporting daily administration — contributing to efficient operations and a pleasant working environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suppliers and obtain quotations with a positive and professional approach
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Check invoices and delivery notes against orders
  • Organize deliveries and distribution of items efficiently
  • Maintain clear and accurate stock records
  • Keep the store/warehouse clean, well arranged, and easy to manage
  • Anticipate needs and reorder before shortages occur
  • Track movement of goods and help reduce waste and losses
  • Manage ordering and stock of food and beverages for operations
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of F&B items (FIFO)
  • Monitor expiry dates and quality of products
  • Coordinate F&B supplies with operations and concern departments
  • File and organize all purchasing, logistics, and F&B documents
  • Prepare simple reports on purchases, stock, and usage
  • Support finance and management with required documentation
  • Work closely with suppliers, operations, and finance teams
  • Solve delivery or stock issues with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Contribute to a positive and organized workplace atmosphere

 

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or Business Administration is an advantage.

Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing, logistics, stock, or F&B management.
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

 

Requirements / Skills

  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Good understanding of logistics and stock control.
  • Able to work with Excel and adapt new softwares
  • Good communication and supplier-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Valid driving licence required
  • Candidates residing in the North will be an advantage.
