Supervises and coordinates the cleaning and maintenance of all public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met in accordance with company and brand policies
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations of public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms, offices, staff areas, back-of-house).
- Assign duties and monitor performance of public area attendants.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and duty rosters.
- Monitor and control use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and SOPs.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up with Engineering.
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to public areas professionally.
- Maintain accurate attendance, performance, and inspection records.
- Ensure staff are in proper uniform and fit for duty.
- Enforce company policies and code of conduct.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Security, and Engineering departments.
