We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major transformation project on a contract basis. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure seamless execution across several workstreams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the project from planning to completion.
  • Define and maintain the detailed project plan, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate between internal and external.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and risk assessments for the Steering Committee and CEO.
  • Oversee the transition of key functions including sales, finance, procurement and marketing into independent systems and processes.
  • Support the implementation and customization of ERP and related digital tools.
  • Ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruption.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks, ensuring clear decision-making and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track and within budget.
  • Manage compliance with regulatory, financial, and group-level policies.
  • Support internal communication and change management efforts to ensure team alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work with HR and Communications teams to manage staff transitions, new reporting lines, and change initiatives.
  • Promote a collaborative and performance-driven culture across both emerging entities.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master ‘s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary projects involving finance, operations, and IT integration.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience in the construction, retail, or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana).
  • Understanding of ERP systems.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
