Key Activities
Process-related Activities:
Identifies malfunctions or inefficiencies in existing processes and collaborates with relevant teams to implement resolutions. This may involve introducing new processes or improving existing ones.
Analyzes all existing processes and tools to produce relevant documentation and ensure it remains up to date.
Ensures documented processes are correctly applied.
Leads continuous improvement initiatives related to processes.
Organizes and facilitates process review committees with management.
Transition-related Activities:
Participates in recurring Transition Committees.
Works closely with transition teams to implement new client operations within the scope of the shared service desk.
Oversees the integration of new contracts into the tools and processes of the shared service desk.
Ensures the shared service desk team has all the necessary resources to deliver on the client contract (operational procedures, guidelines, knowledge base updates, etc.).
Produces regular progress reports on the transition of new contracts for management teams.
BCP/DRP Activities (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery):
Responsible for updating all BCP/DRP documentation.
Ensures all directly involved personnel are trained and informed about the usage of BCP/DRP processes and documents.
Manages the planning of BCP test exercises, drafts test reports, and defines improvement plans based on outcomes.
Tool-related Activities:
Responsible for ensuring the availability and interconnectivity of tools used by the shared service desk.
Supports all stakeholders in tool-related changes. Acts as the main point of contact for the shared service desk in tooling evolution projects.
Manages the planning of BCP test exercises, drafts test reports, and defines improvement plans accordingly. (Note: This line seems repeated from BCP section; clarify if needed.)
Continuous Improvement Activities:
Consolidates feedback on current processes, tools, and automations to propose improvements and enhancements.
KPI/Reporting Activities:
