Junior Contracts Manager

The role includes assisting in the drafting of contracts, handling claims, preparing contractual correspondence, and managing project-related insurances and guarantees.

Professional Skills & Competence

• Excellent working knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red, Yellow, Silver, Green, and White Books) and Public Procurement Office (PPO) Conditions of Contract.

• Highly skilled in initiating, preparing, and substantiating contractual claims under both FIDIC and PPO forms.

• Strong ability to draft contractual letters, notifications, and related correspondence.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including the development of construction programmes with single/multiple critical paths, float analysis, and resource allocation.

• Fully competent in drafting various types of contract agreements, including Subcontractor Agreements, Consultancy Contracts, and Nominated Subcontractor Agreements.

• Familiar with a wide range of insurance policies and guarantees, such as:

  • Contractor’s All Risks Insurance

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

  • Inherent Defects Insurance

  • Performance Bonds

  • Advance Payment Guarantees
