The Project & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading all construction and infrastructure initiatives across the Company and Group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & manage construction and infrastructure projects
  • Prepare site layout plans & Bills of Quantity
  • Oversee infrastructure planning, maintenance & repairs
  • Supervise site teams & daily operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers & architects
  • Advise on procurement & evaluate material quality
  • Conduct site visits, inspections & progress reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulations & manage permits
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets & conduct post-project cost analysis
  • Maintain updated records: plans, permits, technical drawings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction/project management
  • Diploma/Degree/MSc in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, concrete & metal works
  • Excellent leadership, planning & problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with supplier evaluation & cost control
  • Familiarity with building regulations & permit processes
  • Proficiency in infrastructure documentation & reporting
