The Project & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading all construction and infrastructure initiatives across the Company and Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & manage construction and infrastructure projects
- Prepare site layout plans & Bills of Quantity
- Oversee infrastructure planning, maintenance & repairs
- Supervise site teams & daily operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers & architects
- Advise on procurement & evaluate material quality
- Conduct site visits, inspections & progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulations & manage permits
- Prepare and monitor project budgets & conduct post-project cost analysis
- Maintain updated records: plans, permits, technical drawings
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction/project management
- Diploma/Degree/MSc in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, concrete & metal works
- Excellent leadership, planning & problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with supplier evaluation & cost control
- Familiarity with building regulations & permit processes
- Proficiency in infrastructure documentation & reporting
