Project & Facilities Executive

Responsibilities - Projects

• Assist the Head of Retail in the implementation of assigned projects
• Participate in the planning of resources needed for projects and in executing the company's projects
• Monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of project resources
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones
• Prepare budget proposals and monitor assigned budgets for the different projects
• Act as a liaison and maintain professional relationships with all project stakeholders
• Assist the Head of Retail in managing change in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plan

Main Responsibilities – Facilities Management

• Ensure that all facilities are fully functional and maintained according to company requirements
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assists with checking installation and servicing of building equipment
• Oversee and supervise the quality of work of all contractors to ensure that all tasks are performed and completed to our required standards
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain ongoing communication and relationship with contractors and suppliers
• Manage and review service contracts
