Production and Maintenance Executive

The role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting employee development. He/She will also assist in procurement, budgeting, and strategic planning to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

He/She is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of production activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and resource availability. Key responsibilities include:

• Production Planning & Execution: Develops and adjusts production plans, evaluates performance, ensures timely documentation, and implements improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Production Monitoring: Oversees inventory availability, equipment readiness, and compliance with production standards. Ensures accurate data recording and raw material usage.
• Stock Management: Maintains optimal stock levels, ensures timely delivery of raw materials, and oversees inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Team Management: Participates in recruitment, assigns tasks based on skills, evaluates performance, and supports employee development and motivation.
• Procurement & Budgeting: Assists in sourcing raw materials and equipment, and contributes to budget and strategic planning.
• Cross-Department Communication: Coordinates with production, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensures adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards. Maintains documentation and promotes continuous improvement.
• Health, Safety & Environment: Enforces safety protocols, reports incidents, and ensures machinery and equipment are safe and operational.
