Production Officer

New Maurifoods Ltd, a company of the Eclosia Group, is recruiting a Production Officer in the Production department. The Production Officer will report directly to the Production Manager and will provide day-to-day support across a range of operational functions.

Main Responsabilities

• ​​Monitor and report on key productivity indicators

• Support the Production team in coordinating and supervising production schedules and meeting daily targets

• Identify and implement process improvements

​• Assist in managing day-to-day production activities

• Resolve operational issues in a timely manner

​​• Work with R&D team on the development and integration of new processes

• Prepare SOPs and contribute to training programs

• Ensures that production team can achieve required production and performance targets

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards in line with company policies and procedures
