Production Lead

Drymix Ltd, member of UBP Group, is looking to recruit a Production Lead who will report to the Factory Manager.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Lead the production team and drive the daily production output of the factory.
• Optimize all resources to achieve the targeted output.
• Ensure that all installation performs to the required level to cater for the quality and productivity challenges.
• Take ownership of the production planning to satisfy the market demand.
• Liaise with raw material suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and manage stock.
• Ensure that quality assurance procedures are adhered to, and all periodic process control points are well monitored.
• Interact with the maintenance and logistics department to ensure minimum disruptions to the production process.
• Ensure that Safety and Health procedures are always respected.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Holder of an HSC.
• Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Production/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 4 to 5 years experience in a similar post with a sound knowledge in production management.
• Knowledge of mechanics and automation
• Demonstrate the ability to compile and analyze production data for decision making.
• Sound understanding and application of industrial engineering principles.
• People management skills
• Leadership skills
• Valid Driving License.
• Availability to work odd hours
