Maintain and update production analysis dashboard
Monitor productivity levels and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and output
Follow-up of new project and product deployment with the production team
Follow up on management participation to ensure engagement and commitment to operational goals
Stock Management
Analyse monthly adjustment figures and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures
Analyse monthly inventory stock levels to ensure accuracy and optimise inventory management practices
Team Management
Manage a team of clerks, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in operations, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Proficiency in database management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assist production manager to make informed decisions
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Proactive mindset with a passion for driving change
