We are actively looking for an experience Procurement Officer to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare requisitions & purchase orders.
- Execute and monitor all regular purchasing and procurement duties.
- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items from suppliers/vendors and ensure that all items are delivered to site and received and stored on time
- In case of discrepancies on receipt of orders, contact immediately suppliers and/or insurance to lodge complaint/claim for action.
- Handle and monitor claims to suppliers and vendors for shortage, missing parts.
- Compute costing of new stock and ensure that all data entries made are accurate and concise information
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, services providers and any other departments of Nabridas.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
- Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure the internal customers’ satisfaction.
- Handle all internal/external requests regarding technical specifications of products supplied by Nabridas.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Supply chain and Procurement
- Must be well-versed / experienced in working in MS Office (computer literate)
- A valid car and motorcycle driver’s license will be an advantage
- At least a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field
- Familiar with Pastel ERP Software
- Knowledge of procurement
- Experience in the manufacturing field is preferred
- Strong ability to source and develop relationships with vendors

- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
