The Procurement and Import Assistant is a vital role focused on supporting the procurement and import processes within the organization. This position assists in the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring they are cost-effective, of high quality, and meet organizational standards.

Key responsibilities include aiding in the negotiation with suppliers, assisting with compliance with both international and domestic trade regulations, and supporting the development of procurement strategies.

The role also involves helping to maintain supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, and aiding in risk assessments related to supply chain disruptions. The Procurement and Import Assistant works closely with various departments to understand and fulfil their procurement needs and assists in ensuring the timely and efficient import of goods in adherence to legal and company policies.
