POSITION: PROCESSING AGENT (11 MONTHS CONTRACT)

TotalEnergies Mobility Services International Ltd (TEMSI) is a tech subsidiary of the TotalEnergies company based in Mauritius. We are approximately 100 employees thriving to innovate, develop and maintain the Company's software solutions. More specifically, we work closely with various Marketing & Services subsidiaries to develop Mobility oriented solutions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Agent on contract basis for 11 months. The Processing Agent will be responsible for accurate processing of invoices in a timely manner, maintaining organized records and ensuring the priority controls and KPI reporting. This role requires strong attention to details, excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoice details by ensuring the required cheks are properly adhered to.
  • Assist affiliates in cases where the invoice data entered the accounting system fails.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized electronic records of invoices files and other documents.
  • Stay updated on new features/ functionalities related to invoicing.
  • Be willing to work extended hours or overtime as needed to ensure timely processing of invoices and completion of month-end tasks to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ensure the timely planning and delivery of all priority control reports whilst ensuring quality.
  • Assist affiliates in cases where differences have been identified during the priority controls.
  • Submit accurate KPI reports by the specified deadline.
  • Ensure that all mails are responded to promptly by taking ownership and responsibility of customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Escalate issues and complaints to superior when needed.
  • Perform any other cognate duties.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Open to work on odd hours
  • Flexible
