FutureTech is a newly established company providing outsourcing facilities to our already established overseas-based clients specializing in the provision of financial services.
Pre-Sales specialists are responsible for generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement. Using a database of leads having shown an interest in our client’s product and services, the pre-sales specialist will move the leads through a sales and marketing process to educate them, bolster interest, and prepare them for speaking with the sales team.
Duties
- Prospecting for new clients/ sales lead generation.
- Direct communication with leads via e‐mail and telephone so as to qualify them prior to and promoting/marketing our clients and their product range/services to the qualified leads.
- Accurately inputs and documents actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
- Generate a specific number of sales leads each month to meet assigned target.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Alert superiors of client issues when necessary
- Serve as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC
- Computer Literate.
- Good Spoken English
- Proven abilty to persuade and influence potential clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience in sales would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage
- Ability to work on roster 8:00-17:00 and 14:00-23:00
