Responsible for carrying guests luggage, operating Shuttle Services and welcoming/ assisting guests in accordance with Hotel Standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry guests luggage
- Operate Shuttle Services
- Assist guests in hotel in accordance with hotel standard
- Welcome guests, provide service and bid farewell to guests in accordance to the hotel standards and procedures.
- Guide guests during their stay.
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENT:
- Good in English & French
- Secondary Academic Qualifications
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days
- Customer Service Skills
- Team Spirit
