Porter/Driver

• Welcome Guests arriving at the hotel and ensure that all luggage are placed in room before guest checks in • Pick up luggage from rooms upon departure and bid farewell to Guests

• Transportation of luggage in the guests' rooms properly
• Ensure hotels’ vehicles are properly maintained parked and in good running condition
• Ensure effective and efficient car / shuttle service
• Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for guests and internal messages and memos
• Drop and fetch Guests as and when required
• Ensure cold towel service upon Guest arrival
