As a Pool Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leadership, and luxury hospitality.

• Key Responsibility 1: Supervise and lead a team of pool attendants, providing guidance and support.

• Key Responsibility 2: Organize regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are adequately informed and aligned with hotel policies.

• Key Responsibility 3: Ensure strict adherence to pool safety regulations and emergency procedures.

• Key Responsibility 4: Conduct regular inspections to quickly identify and resolve any safety hazards.

• Key Responsibility 5: Supervise poolside services, ensuring prompt and courteous service to enhance the customer experience.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment is preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Education/Certifications: A thorough knowledge of pool safety regulations and emergency procedures.
