The planning officer will be in charge for the daily planning of the the operations of one of Alpha Group's Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to plan and schedule the day for our operations team/drivers within the island
- Ensure all clients are well listed on the list prior to the day of operations and ensure the smooth running of the operations.
- Ensure good communication between the Admin and Operations team
- To manage operation team.
- Responsible to supervisor and control the daily actitivies of our drivers and the operators.
- Close control over the attendance, leaves management and overtime of the team.
- Responsible for washing & preparation of Sanitary Units for service.
- Responsible of vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least HSC
- A previous experience in a similar role would constitute a definite advantage
- Reporting (Knowledge in excel)
