The candidate should have a good understanding of payroll processing, microsoft office and possess good communication skills. The working hours for this position is 9am-6pm (UK Hours). Payroll outsourcing would be an advantage.
Qualification
Degree in Accountancy, Business, Communication, HR Management or Professional Qualifications such as ACCA
Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Payroll coordination/Computation
- The following would be an advantage:
- Previous experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience in processing payroll for clients
- Experience with CRM tools

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day ongoing projects, dealing with escalations & queries
- Review check point reports from Payroll Coordinators
- Report to Payroll Manager on agreed reporting requirements
- Manage & ensure project governance is adhered to by all parties involved as agreed on each project
- Build up strong relationships with clients & overseas offices
- Review costs v budgets on projects and report to Payroll Manager
- Lead portal team meetings, on job education & training
- Train Payroll Juniors by knowledge sharing
- Maintain contract file & update with new Project Service Agreement (PSA)
- Change of Service Agreement (CSA) - training available.
- Review & audit processes around client service regularly with view of continuous improvement
