Le Warehouse Ltd 361 is looking for a Payroll & HR Executive responsible for all aspects of payroll processing, benefits administration, HR reports, and HR compliance as well as the ability to navigate the payroll software system.
- Liaise with different stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
- Verify, compute, consolidate Payroll information accurately and on time.
- Manage all aspect data processing in Payroll system (Sicorax).
- Perform first verification and send to the Management for approval.
- Finalise Payroll and send bank information to Finance Team.
- Prepare after Payroll report and send to different stakeholders (Internal & External).
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain Payroll records for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Address any Payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Provision and process statutory returns.
- Process employee benefits such as medical insurance and pension contributions.
- Assist the Head of People in the preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting for Payroll and compensation expenses.
- Print payslip, Emoluments and prepare increment letters.
- Prepare monthly statistics using charts and graphs to present to the Management.
- Provide general support to HR team.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Management, Business Administration.
- More than 5 years of experience in Payroll Administration.
- A strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulation in payroll related matters.
- Comfortable in using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Upholding ethical standards to maintain trust and credibility.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Time and workload management.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
