Payroll & HR Executive

Le Warehouse Ltd 361 is looking for a Payroll & HR Executive responsible for all aspects of payroll processing, benefits administration, HR reports, and HR compliance as well as the ability to navigate the payroll software system.

• Liaise with different stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
• Verify, compute, consolidate Payroll information accurately and on time.
• Manage all aspect data processing in Payroll system (Sicorax).
• Perform first verification and send to the Management for approval.
• Finalise Payroll and send bank information to Finance Team.
• Prepare after Payroll report and send to different stakeholders (Internal & External).
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain Payroll records for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Address any Payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
• Provision and process statutory returns.
• Process employee benefits such as medical insurance and pension contributions.
• Assist the Head of People in the preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting for Payroll and compensation expenses.
• Print payslip, Emoluments and prepare increment letters.
• Prepare monthly statistics using charts and graphs to present to the Management.
• Provide general support to HR team.
