Support the payroll department in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, while complying with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Assist the Payroll Department team to ensure the smooth running of Attendance System.
- Ensure rostering is available on AGVipertex for the coming week.
- Ensure the clearing of exceptions for the previous day on a daily basis.
- Ensure overtime approval, finalisation and accept process is completed for the previous day.
- Check for appropriate leave coding on HRIS system.
- Check all entries on AGVipertex are completed including HRIS data.
- Validate all entries on AGVipertex v/s Supporting documents.
- Ensure that all New Recruits ERF and COE signed by respective HM / GM & HRM.
- All changes done to payroll Masterfile should reflect on AGVipertex.
- Enter and update payroll data in the software.
- Maintain a record of employees’ annual and sick leaves.
- Ensure that there are no discrepancies in the payroll activities.
- Draft and maintain payroll reports, etc.
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units.
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
