Support the payroll department in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, while complying with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

 

  • Assist the Payroll Department team to ensure the smooth running of Attendance System.
  • Ensure rostering is available on AGVipertex for the coming week.
  • Ensure the clearing of exceptions for the previous day on a daily basis.
  • Ensure overtime approval, finalisation and accept process is completed for the previous day.
  • Check for appropriate leave coding on HRIS system.
  • Check all entries on AGVipertex are completed including HRIS data.
  • Validate all entries on AGVipertex v/s Supporting documents.                 
  • Ensure that all New Recruits ERF and COE signed by respective HM / GM & HRM.  
  • All changes done to payroll Masterfile should reflect on AGVipertex.         
  • Enter and update payroll data in the software.
  • Maintain a record of employees’ annual and sick leaves.
  • Ensure that there are no discrepancies in the payroll activities.
  • Draft and maintain payroll reports, etc.
  • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units.
  • Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
