Rogers Capital Payroll Services Limited is looking for a Payroll Analyst to coordinate the payroll processing with the Payroll Specialist.
Your role:
- Process payroll accurately and punctually for new clients and those requiring advanced payroll experience and expertise.
- Ensures smooth operation before assigning tasks to other team members.
- Randomly selects clients and conducts audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines, while also ensuring team members perform thorough verification.
- Analyses payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies and works in collaboration with Payroll Specialist to resolves issues.
- Liaises with IT consultants and formulates system requests and recommendations in collaboration with Payroll Specialist.
- Generates reports and provides insights to management. (KPIs, Surveys, RBO, Director Emoluments)
- Prepares detailed reports summarizing payroll findings, including statistical analysis, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Identifies inefficiencies or areas for improvement in payroll processes and recommend and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Stays informed about changes in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and ensures payroll practices adhere to legal standards.
- Upholds ISO certification standards and ensure compliance.
- Performs any other duties related to payroll functions and clients’ needs.
Your profile:
- 2 or more years of experience in Payroll Services
- 2 or more years experience in quality management
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to identify problems, think critically and develop effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with team, IT consultants, clients and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others for driving change and achieving improvement objectives
- Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices and new methodologies.
- Advance level in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio and Power Point
