Key Responsibilities:
- Execute payment processing tasks, including processing deposits & withdrawals, accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile financial transactions and promptly resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Address payment-related inquiries and issues from customers, providing assistance and resolution for payment disputes, failures, or delays.
- Generate regular reports on payment transactions, financial performance, and key metrics to support decision-making and compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting.

Experience & Qualifications
