As a Payment Ops Executive you will be responsible for reconciling financial transactions, addressing payment-related inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Job Purpose:

As a Payment Ops Executive, the role is to oversee and execute payment processing tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of deposits & withdrawals. You will be responsible for reconciling financial transactions addressing payment-related inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute payment processing tasks, including processing deposits & withdrawals, accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile financial transactions and promptly resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Address payment-related inquiries and issues from customers, providing assistance and resolution for payment disputes, failures, or delays.
  • Generate regular reports on payment transactions, financial performance, and key metrics to support decision-making and compliance efforts.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards governing payment processing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the payment processing function.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to payment processing and financial transactions.
  • Monitor payment processing systems and tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention measures and risk management strategies related to payment processing.
  • Provide training and support to team members on payment processing procedures, systems, and compliance requirements as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payment processing or financial operations, preferably in the gambling or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, methods, and regulations.
  • Experience with financial reconciliation and resolving payment-related issues.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention measures and risk management practices in payment processing.
