LGG is seeking for Pastry Cooks.
Reporting to the Chef de Partie, the successful candidate will be responsible to:
1) Provide assistance in the preparation of the food items for the outlet(s).
2) Actively participate in all food production areas of the Kitchen Department.
3)Always adhere to LUX* Resorts & Hotels standards of preparation, receipes and presentation.
4) Follow proper Health & Safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Secondary schooling or equivalent qualifications.
2) National Certificate level 3 in food production or equivalent qualifications.
3) Recognised apprenticeship will be a definite advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
1) A minimum of 2 years of working experience as Assistant cook in a 5 star resort.

10)A clean certificate of character is a must.
