You play an essential role in keeping the workshop and parts department running smoothly. You manage incoming and outgoing parts, maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure technicians have what they need, contributing to a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and label incoming parts and materials
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks
- Issue parts for job cards and customer sales
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
- Keep the parts store organized, clean, and secure
- Work closely with the Service Advisor, workshop & other teams
Requirements
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literate (Excel / inventory software)
- Experience in storekeeping, logistics, or automotive parts preferred
- Trustworthy and accurate with record-keeping
- Valid driving licence an advantage
