Parts and Data control assistant

To support our maintenance team for machine and spare parts management

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in following up maintenance schedules. 
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as required
• Coordinate with Maintenance officers and Maintenance leaders to provide timely response.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation
• Create, track and close work orders in maintenance management system.
• Maintain proper records and logs in accordance with audit requirements.
